Losses shall separately meter all utilities consumed by Lessee. Lessee shall comply with all rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, and <br /> all other applicable laws and regulations. <br /> 14. <br /> A Lessor warrants and agrees that Lessee, upon paying the rent and performing the covenants <br /> heroin provided, shall peaceably and quietly have and enjoy the Property. <br /> B.
