L . Project Manual : As used in these Contract Documents includes the Bidding <br /> Requirements , Conditions of the Contract, and the Specifications . <br /> M . Product : As used in these Contract Document includes materials , systems , and <br /> equipment. <br /> N. Install : Operations at project site, including unloading, unpacking, assembly, <br /> erection, placing, anchoring, applying, working to dimension, finishing, curing, <br /> protecting, cleaning and similar requirements . <br /> O . Provide : Furnish and install, complete and ready for intended use. <br /> P . Installer: Entity (firm or person) engaged to install work, by Contractor, <br /> subcontractor or sub-subcontractor. Installers are required to be skilled experts in <br /> work that are engaged to install . <br /> Q . Overlapping/Conflicting Requirements : Most stringent requirements apply and will <br /> be enforced, unless more detailed language written directly into Contract <br /> Documents clearly indicates that a less stringent requirement is acceptable . Where <br /> optional requirements are specified in a parallel manner, option is intended to be <br /> Contractor' s unless otherwise indicated . <br /> R. Minimum Requirements : Indicated requirements are for a specific minimum <br /> acceptable level of quality/quantity, as recognized in the industry . <br /> S . The term "or equal" where used in the Project Manual shall in all cases mean an <br /> approved equal as determined by the Architect. <br /> T. Contract Documents : shall consist of all plans, specs, bid documents, addendum, <br /> application form, permits, and any other documents accumulated in the <br /> performance of the construction of this project. <br /> U. Substantial Completion : The Date of Substantial Completion of the Work or <br /> designated portion thereof, is the Date certified by the Architect when construction <br /> is sufficiently complete, in accordance with the Contract Documents, so the Owner <br /> can occupy or utilize the Work or designated portion thereof, for the use for which <br /> it is intended, as expressed in the Contract Documents . <br /> * * * END OF SECTION * * * <br /> 01100-2 <br />
