Such <br /> information can be obtained from the National Association of Social Workers. <br /> Each year, a goal is set to recruit and employ minorities and women for <br /> professional staff positions at least equal to the largest percentage of each <br /> category employed in any previous year, until the percentage of professional <br /> staff is comparable to the percentage of each category available in the work <br /> force . <br /> + 1X . REVIEW - The Affirmative Action Plan is reviewed by the State Board of Directors <br /> no less often than every four years . <br />
