<br />RESOLUTION --- Establishing a bench marker in each 10
<br />acres or less of each subdivision
<br />The following resolution was proposed by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Comm-
<br />issioner Warren and unanimously adopted.

<br />WHEREAS, Chapter•29155, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1953, requires the approval ji
<br />of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, of any proposed plat of
<br />!� lands in Indian River County, Florida, outside the limits of any municip.ality; and,

<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has heretofore adopted rules and
<br />:I
<br />regulations pertaining to the platting of lands in Indian River County, Florida; Now, therefor;,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, !,
<br />Florida, that this Board does herewith.amend its.reso.lution adopting such rules and.regulation��
<br />in order that there shall be added to the rules and regulations the following, to -wit: I`
<br />No, 26. In each area of ten acres or less, there shall be established one
<br />permanent bench mark .monument, said bench elevation to be established on sea level datum,
<br />i
<br />clearly marked and indicated both on the ground and on the plat submitted for approval.
