o -o ? � ADDENDUM #6 TO CONTRACT DATED JANUARY 21 , 1997 BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND MASTELLER & MOLER, INC. FOR CR 512 PAVING & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT #9611 COUNTY ROUTE 512 CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS ROSELAND ROAD TO I-95 INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FL I. ADDITIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOLLOWING CONSTRUCTION PLAN PREPARATION SERVICES . Masteller & Moler, Inc. has completed the design of the stormwater improvements for the County Route 512 Corridor Improvements . The roadway improvements are supported by five (5) separate stormwater management basins designated as Basins A, B , C , D, & E . This scope of services relates to the completed stormwater management design for Basin D within the County Route 512 Corridor Improvements project. The Basin D stormwater lake is proposed to be situated on the south side of CR512 between County Route 510 and the St. Sebastian River Bridge. A private developer has proposed a single-family home subdivision known as Sebastian Landings on a portion of lands within the CR 512 project that were proposed to be utilized for Stormwater Lake D . It has been determined to be in the County ' s best interest to coordinate the designs of the stormwater systems supporting both projects. In order to properly coordinate the designs between the two projects, we shall perform the following services : Scope of Services Under this task, a re-analysis shall be completed to consider coordinating the design of the CR512 Basin D stormwater improvements with the proposed Sebastian Landings project stormwater design. We shall evaluate the feasibility for raising the treatment volume vertical storage limit by elimination of the proposed Lake D littoral zone. This would allow for use of a more compact parcel of land to support Drainage Basin D in the CR 512 project. We shall also complete an evaluation of the required treatment system necessary to provide for contributing stormwater drainage sheds from both the CR512 and Sebastian Landings site to a common stormwater lake . We shall also develop amended stormwater modeling within ICPR to verify that the design of the modified Lake D stormwater lake has sufficient capacity to attenuate the post-development peak runoff to pre-development rates. We shall meet with County staff and the private developer to coordinate acceptance of the modified design for Stormwater Lake D . Following acceptance of the modified preliminary design, we shall finalize the amendments to the Construction Plans and the stormwater management report for the CR512 project. The Construction Plans Sheets that will be amended will be, as a minimum : • Plan & Profiles ( 15 & 16) • Summary of Pay Items • Summary of Drainage Quantities • Drainage Map • Pond "D" Details • Cross-sections .
