0386 -Technical Specifications <br /> 5 , GRADING <br /> A. The new portion of service road and backfilled ditches shall be rough <br /> graded with a dozer by the Contractor <br /> B . The slopes of the excavated Aquatic Habitats and Ephemeral Ponds shall <br /> be rough graded and established to within f 0 . 1 ' of design grade . Slopes <br /> ' to the waterline shall be seeded with a seasonal mixture of brown-top <br /> millet in order to counter erosion until other vegetation becomes <br /> established. <br /> SITE CLEANUP & RESTORATION <br /> 1 , SCOPE <br /> A. The Contractor shall furnish all plants , labor, equipment, appliances and <br /> materials required or necessary to clean up the site after the construction is <br /> completed and to restore items disturbed or damaged due to his <br /> construction operation. <br /> 2 , GENERAL <br /> A. During the progress of the project, the work and the adjacent areas <br /> affected thereby shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition.construction equipment shall be removedrubbish, <br /> surplus materials , and unused <br /> All damage shall be repaired so that the public and private property <br /> owners will be inconvenienced as little as possible . <br /> B , Where material or debris has been deposited in watercourses, ditches , <br /> gutters, drains , or catch-basins as a result of the Contractor's operations , <br /> such material or debris shall be entirely removed and satisfactorily <br /> disposed of during the progress of the work, and the ditches, channels , <br /> drains, etc. , shall be kept clean . <br /> C .
