0386-Technical Specifications <br /> ' D . It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to repair, rebuild, or restore <br /> to its former conditions , any and all portions of existing utilities , <br /> structures, equipment, appurtenances, trees and shrubs, or facilities, other <br /> than those to be paid for under the specifications , which may be disturbed <br /> or damaged due to his construction operations . <br /> ' E . The Contractor shall thoroughly clean all materials and equipment <br /> Installed by him and his subcontractors and on completion of the work <br /> shall deliver the facilities undamaged and in fresh and new- appearing <br /> condition. <br /> F . The Contractor shall remove and dispose off-site all silt fencing after the <br /> construction is completed, except for the silt fence immediately <br /> surrounding the excavated material stockpile area. Silt fence around the <br /> burn area shall be removed. <br /> LANDSCAPING <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> 1 . DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br /> A. Work included : This section is part of the entire set of contract documents and <br /> shall be coordinated with the applicable provisions of the other parts . <br /> B . The extent of the landscape development work is shown on the drawings and in <br /> schedules . Completion of the work shall mean full and exact compliance and <br /> conformity with the provisions expressed or implied in the drawings and <br /> specifications . <br /> C . The work under this section includes supplying and planting of trees , shrubs , <br /> ground covers, and aquatic plants in accordance with sound nursery practice and <br /> maintaining and watering them until final completion and acceptance , but not less <br /> than 30 days from installation, and any other work as called for on the plans and <br /> ' in these specifications . <br /> 2 . QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> A.
