' 3 . CERTIFICATION OF PROJECT RECORD DRAWINGS <br /> A . OWNER will supply CONTRACTOR with Project Drawings in AutoCAD format on compact <br /> disc . Input Record Drawing information onto the AutoCAD files and return the files to the <br /> OWNER in accordance with Section 01810 — Project Closeout. <br /> B . CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR 's surveyor will each certify as to the accuracy of the <br /> Record Drawings and submit six (6 ) sets to the OWNER in accordance with Section 01810 <br /> ' — Project Closeout. The following certifications shall appear on each sheet of the Record <br /> Drawings : <br /> ' CONTRACTOR' S CERTIFICATION AS TO ACCURACY OF RECORD DRAWINGS : <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that to the best of my knowledge and belief, these Project Record Drawings <br /> ' are complete and accurate and correctly represent the constructed Work for this project. <br /> Contractor: Date : <br /> ' Contractor's License Number: <br /> ' SURVEYOR' S CERTIFICATION AS TO ACCURACY OF RECORD DRAWINGS : <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that to the best of my knowledge and belief, the land surveying information <br /> ' shown on these Project Record Drawings is complete and correctly represents the constructed <br /> Work for this project. I FURTHER CERTIFY that this survey work was performed by me personally <br /> or performed by individuals under my direct control and supervision .
