to the Tax Collector on each of said tax rolls so prepared and accepted, which said warrant of collection is in the words and figures following: STATE OF FLORIDA, To Gordon Olmstead, Tax Collector of the County of Indian River County, Florida, You are hereby commanded to collect out of the real and personal property,. and from each* of the persons and corporations named in the annexed roll, the taxes set down in each roll opposite each name, corporation or parcel of lam therein described, and in case taxes so imposed are not paid, at the time prescribed by law, you are to collect the same by levy and sale of the goods and chattels, lands and tenements so assessed, or of the person or corporation so taxed; and all sums oDllected for the State taxes you are to pay to the 1.%Ute Treasurer at such time as may be required by law, and at the some time you are to pay to the legally qualified depository all sums collected for County taxes, district school taxes and other special taxes; and you are further required to make all collections on or before the first monday in April; and on or before the first Monday in July you will mare a final report to and settle- ment with the Comptroller and County Commissioners. Geo T Tipping assessor of Taxes,Indian River The several bills against the County having been duly audited Were examined and found to be correct, and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. The bills and accounts being on file in the Clerk's office and made a part of these minutes. `the several County depositories filed their monthly statement of the various funds of the County, which after having been audited were found to be correct.
