LID BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS AND WIDENING OF 66TH AVENUE FROM SOUTH OF SR 60 TO NORTH OF 45TH STREET PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING, GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICES This AGREEMENT, entered into this 6th day of September 2005 , by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY, and ARCADIS G&M, INC . , Vero Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the ENGINEER, WITNESSETH The COUNTY and the ENGINEER, in consideration of their mutual covenants , herein agree with respect to the performance of professional civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, land surveying and related services by the ENGINEER and the payment for those services by the COUNTY as set forth below. The ENGINEER shall provide professional engineering and related services for the COUNTY in all phases of the project described in Section III - Scope of Services ; serve as the COUNTY' S professional representative for the project; and shall give professional engineering and land surveying advice to the COUNTY during the performance of the services to be rendered . SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION Consultant services are required for the preparation of surveys ; right-of-way map ; parcel sketches and legal descriptions ; subsurface geotechnical investigations; road design plans; bridge plans ; permit applications and utility relocations associated with the construction of 66`h Avenue as a 4 lane roadway; also included are intersection improvements at SR 60/ 66 h Avenue, 26`h Street/ 66`h Avenue , 33 `d Street/661h Avenue, 37`h Street/66`h Avenue , and 45 `h Street/66`h Avenue located in Indian River County, FL . The improvements consist of the following : Expansion of 66`4 Avenue (South of SR 60 to North of 45`h Street) • As a 4 lane divided highway section Expansion of the intersection at 66`h Avenue & 33rd Street, 66th Avenue & 37th Street, and 66th Avenue & 45th Street to ultimately include: • A single left turn lane on the north, south, east and west approaches along with the existing single through lane movement east and westbound. The replacement of the existing bridges over the Indian River Farms canal at 33rd Street, 37'h Street, and 45`h Street.
