Limits of project to extend from 1,320+/- if south of SR 60 to 2,160+/- If north of 4 V Street for a distance of <br /> 14, 040 If or 2. 66 miles. <br /> The segment of 66`h Avenue from '/e mile south of 41st Street to '/ mile north of 41S` Street is excluded from the <br /> design survey and engineering design for this project. The right of way survey and right of way map will <br /> encompass the entire length of 66`h Avenue from SR 60 to 45`h Street, including the section '/. mile north and <br /> south of 41" Street. The County will provide plans to ARCADIS for this segment of the roadway and the <br /> replacement of the bridge over the Indian River Farms Water Control District at 41 " Street. ARCADIS will <br /> include these plans in the contract bid documents for the project. <br /> Also included is: 1, 000 if west and east of the following intersections: 66`h Avenue and 33'd Street, 661h Avenue <br /> and 371h Street, and 66`h Avenue and 45th Street for a distance of 6, 000 if or 1. 14 miles. <br /> Entire project length = 17,400 if or 3. 50 miles. <br /> SECTION II - COUNTY OBLIGATIONS <br /> The COUNTY agrees to provide (in a timely manner) the following material, data, or services as required in <br /> connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement; all of which information the ENGINEER may use and <br /> reasonably rely upon: <br /> A . Provide the ENGINEER with a copy of all previously conducted studies , geotechnical investigations , <br /> preliminary data or reports available, existing location surveys , topographic surveys, and related <br /> documents . <br /> B . Provide the ENGINEER with all available drawings, and other documents in the possession of the <br /> COUNTY pertinent to the project. <br /> C . The COUNTY shall be responsible for acquiring all right-of-ways , easements and other rights in land as <br /> necessary to complete the project. <br /> D . The COUNTY shall make provisions for the ENGINEER to enter upon public and private property as <br /> required for the ENGINEER to perform his services . <br /> E . The COUNTY will promptly execute all permit applications and provide application fees necessary to <br /> expedite the acquisition of any local, state or federal permits made necessary by the project. <br /> F .
