_.Mrs. W. G. Jones Wabasso, Florida V Dear Mrs. Jones: In re : SRD No. 60.. In consideration of your execution of the right of way described in the above deed, Indian River County. acting by and through its Board of County Commissioners, agrees with you as follows: 1. That the County will purchase and cause to be conveyed to you a strip of land 45 feet wide situated adjacent to and Easterly of the parcel of land which you own described in the above deed. This 45 foot strip will replace the 45 foot strip you are con- veying for the right of way. 2. That the.County will move your house situated upon this property and set it back from the right of way on the place that you direct on this property. In connection with this moving, thei County will also move and replace the shrubbery and trees that are not of such size that they cannot reasonably be moved and the County will set up and reestablish the house in livable condition and in as good condition as the same existed prior to the moving. All of the above will be done and accomplished prior to the taking possession of the right of way which you convey. Sincerely yours, Mr, C. J. Chairman In consideration of your conveyance of the right of way described in the above deed, Indian River County, acting by and through its Board of County Commissioners, herewith agrees with you as follows: 1. That the County will pay to you the total sum of $4,500.00 for this right of way. . 2. That from this sum, you will simultaneously pay to Frank J. Larwin whatever sum is required by Mr. Larwin in order for him to execute and deliver to the County the subrogation of his mortgage, SRD No. 21. 3. You.may continue in possession of this property until possession is required for the new road improvement and the sum will be paid to you before possession is required from you. 4. Prior to the time of taking possession, you may tear down, remove, destroy or salvage all or any part of the building which would be on this right of way.
