9 <br />1 <br />1 <br />r�L <br />0 <br />1. That the County will pay to you the total sum of <br />.$12,000.00 for this right of way. <br />2. You may continue in possession of this property until <br />possession is required for the new road improvement and <br />the sum will be paid to you before possession is required <br />from you. <br />3. That from this sum you will simultaneously pay to First <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River <br />County whatever sum is required by.them for them to <br />execute and deliver to the County the subrogation of <br />their mortgage, SRD No, 29, <br />4. Box 327 <br />Wabasso, Florida <br />Dear Miss Aker: <br />In re: SRD No. 88. <br />In consideration of your conveyance of the right of way described <br />in the above deed, Indian River County, acting by and through its <br />Board of County Commissioners, herewith agrees with you as follows: <br />1. That the ditch in front of your property will be graded so <br />that the water will drain away and not stand in the ditch. <br />2. That the drainage culvert under the highway near your property <br />will be made large enough to take care of the drainage from <br />the ditch, that is, the line between your property and Cooley's. <br />The right of way drainage ditches to the river will be kept open a <br />and maintained. <br />3. That the row of pine trees that stand along the highway on your <br />property will be removed except the one that stands alone at <br />the South end of the row. <br />4. That the entrance to your court will be replaced and reestablished <br />with the width of at least 20 feet. <br />5. That your sign which will be in the new right of way will be <br />moved and set back off the right of way. <br />6.
