County, Florida: <br />Beginning 327.8 feet West of the SE corner of the SW4' of the <br />SEy of Section 3, Township 32 South, Range 39 East; thence running <br />North 1328.9 feet; thence West 327.8 feet; thence South 1328.9 <br />feet; thence East 327.8 feet to point of beginning. <br />2. That this Board has published two weeks notice thereof one time in the <br />Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in Indian River County,!,! <br />Florida, said notice being published at least two weeks prior to the date stated therein for <br />such public hearing. <br />3. That said public roads, streets, alleys, parks and rights-of-way above <br />described are not a State or Federal road and are not maintained by the State of Florida and <br />are not located within the incorporated limits of any municipality and are located in Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />4. That a public hearing thereon has been held by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in the offices of said Board in the Indian <br />River County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on June 5, 1956, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board does herewith close, vacate and abandon <br />each and all of the above described public roads, streets, alleys, parks and rights of way <br />and all portions thereof and does herewith renounce and disclaim any right of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the public in and to all of said public roads, streets, alleys, parks <br />and rights of way above described. <br />B E S Q L iR I I Q A <br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Watts and <br />carried, the following Resolution was adopted: <br />WHEREAS, the Statutes of Florida provide that the tax assessment rolls of the <br />County shall, on or before the first Monday in July of each year, be submitted by the <br />Assessor to the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing.complaints and re- <br />ceiving testimony as to the value of any property as fixed by the County Assessor and of <br />perfecting, reviewing and equalizing the assessment; and, <br />WHEREAS, by virtue of the many changes in ownership of real property during <br />the past year and of the many changes in values of real property in this County daring the <br />past year, the Assessor has requested an extension of time for the filing of said tax assess - <br />meat roll; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, that this Board does herewith extend the time for the completion of said tax <br />assessment roll and the equalization meeting and for said purpose this Board will meet on <br />the first _: in August, 1956. <br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and <br />carried, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />�E S gL U T3,0� pd <br />WHEREAS, there is a total surplus of $1,174.00 in the General Revenue Fund of <br />Indian River County under some items and which surplus exists after the payment of all nec- <br />1 <br />1 <br />i <br />1 <br />0 <br />1 <br />0 <br />
