<br />The Attorney, Sherman N. Smith, Jr, brought up the matter of foreclosing on
<br />the Porhorsky mortgage and after considerable discussion and upon Motion made by Commissioner
<br />N' Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner Watts and ubenimously carried it was decided to drop all
<br />forclosure proceedings on thisproperty.
<br />Aubrey Waddell stated that he had heard that someone was doing some build -ng
<br />on the county land at Blue Cypress Lake. The Board asked him if
