1 <br />C <br />75 <br />R E S O L U T I O N --- County Deed to H. J. Zeuch & Co. <br />covering 5 acres of land in 01so <br />formerly owned by J. Douglas Baker <br />and wife. <br />WHEREAS, H. J. Zeuch & Co.., a dissolved Florida corporation, acting by and <br />through a majority of its Board of Trustees, has filed its Petition with this Board praying <br />for a conveyance to it of the property hereinafter described; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered the same and does <br />'i <br />herewith find and determine that it appears to the satisfaction of this Board that a failure <br />to approve said Petition would work a severe hardship upon the Petitioner; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board has determined that said Petitioner has offered to pay an <br />amount equal to all taxes which had become delinquent, together with interest and costs pro- <br />D vided b law and together with all subsequent and omitted taxes, -including taxes for the <br />y g q � g <br />• current year, as the purchase price for said lands as hereinafter recited; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />i <br />,Florida, that said Petition for the conveyance to said Trustees of said H. J. Zeuch & Co., <br />1 <br />0 <br />a dissolved Florida corporation of the following described lands, situated in Indian River <br />'ICounty, Florida, to -wit: <br />The South half of the North half of the Southeast quarter of the <br />Southeast quarter of Section 24, Township 33 South, Range 39 East; <br />at and for a total purchase price of $22.24 is herewith approved; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said sum has been heretofore paid to the Clerk of <br />this Court and that Indian River County, acting by and through its Board of County Commissione <br />shall convey said property to the said Trustees and a proper deed of conveyance thereof is <br />,hereby authorized and directed. <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br />O Upon Motion of Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and <br />carried the following g letters of agreement were authorized relating to obtaining right of way <br />deeds on State Road 5 or U. Collins <br />Attorney at Law <br />i Suite 2109-100 North LaSalle Street <br />Chicago 2, Illinois <br />Dear Sir: <br />In Re: SRD No. 30 - George Victor Mather. <br />In consideration of the conveyance by your client, George Victor <br />Mather, of the above right of way, the County agrees to pay to you <br />for his account the sum of $150.00.
