0 <br />1 <br />g3� <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida <br />By <br />Chairman <br />Notary Public Bonds in the amount of $500.00 each were approved by Douglas <br />Baker, Clerk as required by law: <br />Freda Wright with American Surety Company as surety; James C. Stanley with American Fire & <br />Casualty Company as surety; Bernice Meyer with Massachusetts Bonding and Insurance Co. as <br />surety; Ileene W. Reeves with American Fire & Casulaty Company as surety; Grace W. Richardson <br />with American Fire & Casualty Company as surety; Rudy Hubbard with Home Indemnity Company as <br />surety; J. R. Furlong with Home Indemnity Company as surety and Jean T. Pugh with American <br />Surety Company of N. Y. as surety. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were <br />examined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such <br />v bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants <br />so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided <br />by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being <br />j made a part of these minutes. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and dis- <br />burs ements of the various funds, which have been audited, were found to be correct. <br />i <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, seconded and carried, the <br />Board then adjourned. <br />{ CHA <br />r <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK <br />• <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br />TUESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 1956 <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of Indian River County, Florida, met at the <br />Courthouse in Vero Beach, Florida in a regular meeting at 9:00 o'clock A. M. December 4, 1956. <br />ii <br />All members were present. Also present were S. N. Smith, Jr. Attorney, Sam T. Joyce, Sheriff, <br />ih <br />}E. E. Carter, Road & Bridge Superintendent and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />i <br />Minutes of November 6th regular meeting were read and the same approved upon <br />;;Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Watts and carried. <br />E. E. Carter, Road & Bridge Superintendent and Commissioner Waddell, together <br />;with Douglas Baker, Clerk, were appointed a committee relating to painting and furnishings <br />for the Courthouse. <br />Upon the recommendation of the committee consisting of Commissioner Waddell and <br />E.
