The County will move, replant and reestablish the shrubs and <br />trees which will be in the new right of way back off on your property. <br />2. The County will cut off that part of your fruit stand building <br />that extends into the right of way and then rebuild that end of the <br />fruit stand in as good condition as the same now exists: <br />2.
