0 November 1, 1956 Mrs. Mildred Park Sebastian, Florida Dear Mrs. Park: In re: SRD No. 130. In consideration of your conveyance of the right of way described in the above deed, Indian River County, acting by and through its Board of County Commissioners, agrees with you as follows: 1. The County will move, replant and reestablish the shrubs and trees which will be in the new right of way back off on your property. 2. The County will pay to you the sum of $300.00 for this right of way. ,All of the above will be done prior to the time of taking possession of the right of way and, in the meantime, you may continue in possession. The County will cut off that part of your fruit stand building that extends into the right of way and then rebuild that end of the fruit stand in as good condition as the same now exists: 2. The County will pay to you the sum of $150.00 in addition to the above.
