County Service Officer, Forrest N. McCullers, County Agent, L. C. Royal, Janitor. <br />E. E. Carter, Road & Bridge Superintendent, tendered his resignation as County <br />Road and Bridge Superintendent. Upon Motion by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by <br />Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr. and unanimously carried, Mr. Carter's resignation was rejected. <br />Upon Motion of W. C. Graves, Jr.., seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, <br />Mr. E. E. Carter was appointed Superintendent of Public Roads for the ensuing year. <br />It was then moved by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner W.
