AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO WORK ORDER 2 <br /> 29tTihis Amendment Number 1 to Work Order 2 ( "Amendment" ) is entered into as of <br /> this day of March , 200 5 ( " Effective Date" ) pursuant to that certin Continuing <br /> Contract Agreement for Professional Services entered into as of 8pril 6 2004 <br /> ( "Agreement" ) , by and between Indian River County , a political subdivision f the State of <br /> Florida ( "COUNTY" ) and Kimley- Horn and Associates Inc . ( "CONSULTANT " i . <br /> 1 . The COUNTY has selected the Consultant to perform th professional <br /> services set forth in Work Order Number 1 dated April 13 , 2004 . <br /> 2 , The COUNTY and the Consultant desire to amend Work Order Number 1 <br /> as set forth in Attachments 1 and 2 attached to this Amendment and made a part hereof by <br /> this reference , all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement . <br /> 3 . From and after the Effective Date of this Amendment , Work Order Number <br /> 1 is amended as set forth in this Amendment .
