7. The DESIGN LIMITS shall be extended to include the following : <br /> • 3, 700 linear feet along CR-510, west of the original survey limits <br /> • 1 ,000 linear feet along CR-510, east of the original survey limits <br /> • 2,640 linear feet, south of CR-510, along 58" Avenue <br /> • 250 linear feet along the following side streets: 59" Avenue, 58"i Court, 58'h Avenue <br /> (north), 55ih Avenue, 85'h Street, 47" Avenue, 87'" Street, and Shore Lane <br /> • 50 linear feet along the following side streets: 86ih Street, 46" Avenue, and 44`" <br /> Avenue <br /> B1 . Right-of-WaySurvev <br /> It is assumed that the FDOT will provide the County with a Control Survey/30% RIW Maps for <br /> this project. <br /> The Right of Way Survey will not be prepared for any roadways other than CR-510. The Right-of- <br /> Way Survey will consist of a Cover Sheet, one Key Sheet, and seven detail sheets depicting <br /> existing right of way line, and proposed right of way lines, etc, in compliance with the attached <br /> "Exhibit B ", as provided by Indian River County. The Right-of-Way Survey will also include a <br /> Tabulation Sheet depicting parcel take information. <br /> Detail sheets will depict existing planimetric features as existing in the current design topo by <br /> FDOT. <br /> Key Sheets will be at a scale of F = 300' and Detail Sheets will be at a scale of I " = 50' . The <br /> surveys will be delivered on mylar. <br /> It is assumed that the County will provide Title Reports, in a timely manner and other available <br /> survey control information in the possession of the County. Legal Descriptions and Sketches will <br /> be prepared for approximately 70 parcels at a per unit fee of $375 . <br /> B2 . Control Survey <br /> The Control Survey will consist of a Cover Sheet, one Key Sheet, and 7 Detail Sheets depicting <br /> existing right-of-way lines, monumentation, etc. , in compliance with the attached "Exhibit B", as <br /> provided by Indian River County. <br /> Cl . Geotechnical Investigation — Supplemental Services Amendment I <br /> To aid in the design of the additional roadway sections, stormwater management facilities and <br /> signalization foundation designs an outline for the proposed geotechnical services, as provided by <br /> our subconsultant Ardaman & Associates, Inc. , is shown below: <br /> 3 <br />
