• Old Dixie Highway — Construct curb and gutter to eliminate north leg of intersection . Design south leg <br /> with raised concrete to allow right-in-right-out movements only. There will be no median opening at <br /> this location . <br /> • US- I — No change to layout, as proposed in the original agreement. <br /> • 85" Place/47" Avenue — Combined paved apron on north approach with no median opening. <br /> • 86"i Street — Proposed abandonment on north approach with no median opening. <br /> • 46'" Avenue - Proposed abandonment on north and south approaches with no median opening. <br /> • Future PUD location between US- I and Shore Lane — Design signalized intersection. Include mast arm <br /> signalization components. Include exclusive left turn/ u-turn lanes both eastbound and westbound on <br /> CR-510. Include exclusive right turn lane, eastbound to southbound , on CR-510. <br /> • 87"i Street - Proposed paved apron on north approach. <br /> • Shore Lane - Proposed paved apron on south approach. <br /> • 85'" Street — No access to CR-510 or to US- 1 . <br /> The total length of improvements on CR-510 is approximately 8, 172 linear feet with an additional 4,790 <br /> linear feet of bisecting side street improvements for a total length of 12,962 linear feet, or 2.45 miles. 3 ,700 linear <br /> feet of the total length of improvements along CR-510 was included in the original contract. Therefore, the total <br /> length of additional improvements is 9,280 linear feet or 1 .75 miles. <br /> The ENGINEER shall provide curbed outside lanes, sidewalks, crosswalks, and ADA compliant curb cut <br /> ramps throughout the project limits. New drainage structures and pipes along these supplemental project sections <br /> will also be required. <br /> "SECTION II - COUNTY OBLIGATIONS" is being modified to incorporate the following: <br /> J . The COUNTY shall be responsible for preparing all signal phasing and timings, queue lengths and <br /> related analysis for the intersection of 58" Avenue at CR-510, and at the intersection where the Future <br /> PUD is proposed, between US- 1 and Shore Lane. The COUNTY shall determine if the intersection of <br /> CR-510 at 581h Avenue warrants a dual left-turn lane from CR-510 west to 58`" Avenue south . <br /> "SECTION III - SCOPE OF SERVICES" is being modified to incorporate the following: <br /> The ENGINEER agrees to perform professional roadway design and related services in connection with the <br /> project as required and set forth in the following: <br /> B . Design Survey <br /> The ENGINEER shall provide design survey services necessary to support and facilitate <br /> contemplated design and permitting activities associated with this supplemental portion of the <br /> project. No subsurface utility locating and no utility designating is included . <br /> 2 <br />
