At the <br /> intersection of 58°i Avenue, the cross-section will be as described above. The Engineer <br /> will submit typical sections for final review and approval, prior to preparation of the <br /> roadway plans. <br /> 10. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) : <br /> A SWPPP will be developed in conjunction with this project. The site specific SWPPP is <br /> a requirement of both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Pollutant <br /> Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from <br /> Construction Activities and the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection <br /> (DEP) Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activities.
