E. Drainage Design <br /> Major impacts to the existing drainage system will occur with the development of the four lane <br /> divided section. The increase in impervious area will require a drainage analysis to be performed <br /> and permitting will be required by several public entities. The following will be required to <br /> prepare the drainage plans : <br /> 2 . Drainage Improvements: <br /> The existing drainage system within the CR-510 limits will be completely redesigned. All <br /> proposed drainage improvements/ modifications shall be shown on the roadway plans. <br /> G. Signal Plans <br /> Ia. The ENGINEER shall prepare traffic signal plans showing, in detail, the locations and <br /> pay items of all new traffic signal equipment including mast arms, signal heads, pull <br /> boxes, conduit, interconnect, etc. associated with the improvements at the intersection of <br /> CR-510 and 58" Avenue and at the intersection where the Future PUD between US- 1 and <br /> Shore Lane is located. Each mast arm will include a light standard. <br /> H1 . Landscape Plans <br /> 1 . General <br /> Landscape and irrigation plan sheets shall be prepared to include the following: Key <br /> Sheet, Tabulation of Quantities sheet(s), Landscape Plan sheet(s), Irrigation Plan and <br /> Detail sheet(s), and Landscape Detail sheet(s). The approximate length is 8,290 feet, and <br /> will include areas in the median and roadside within the corridor right-of-way. <br /> The landscape plans will also include coordinating the design of the electrical system and <br /> service point locations for irrigation pumps. A Service Point Detail shall be included in <br /> the plan set showing the required conduits, conductors, meters, and all necessary <br /> electrical equipment. <br /> 2. Sutmnary of Pay Items <br /> Pay items and quantities will be developed and will be incorporated into the overall <br /> project master quantities list and opinion of probable construction cost. <br /> 7 <br />
