Indian River County, Amendment No. 1 <br /> 58`h Avenue and State Road 60 <br /> Intersection Improvements <br /> The ENGINEER will prepare one overall conceptual plan view streetscape master plan <br /> and an opinion of probable construction cost for the project area (excluding private <br /> property) and review with the COUNTY . The ENGINEER will then provide one round <br /> of revisions to these plans based on the input from the meeting. <br /> As a part of this Task the ENGINEER will also prepare up to eight ( 8 ) illustrative cross <br /> sections in key locations to show the proposed roadway improvements , proposed <br /> streetscape elements and their relationship to the adjacent properties <br /> The ENGINEER will prepare these plans utilizing ACAD technology and colorize these <br /> plans digitally using M- Color software . <br /> " SECTION V — COMPENSATION" is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered <br /> pursuant to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following : <br /> A . Professional Services Fee <br /> The basic compensation mutually agreed upon by the ENGINEER and the <br /> COUNTY is as follows : <br /> Task Labor Fee <br /> Lump Sum Components <br /> Task One — Site Planning Analysis $ 15 , 300 <br /> Task Two — Illustrative Cross Sections and Streetscape Master Plan $ 105700 <br /> " SECTION XVI — DURATION OF AGREEMENT " is being modified to incorporate the <br /> following : <br /> The time for completion of the above described scope of services detailed in this <br /> amendment will be three (3 ) months following the notice to proceed from the COUNTY . <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
