Indian River County , Amendment No . 1 <br /> 43 "d Avenue Roadway and Drainage Improvements <br /> will provide access to the drainage structures in the new configuration , and can <br /> be replaced with the P -tops in the future . ENGINEER will revise the stormwater <br /> management calculations to eliminate the drainage basins outside the new project <br /> limits , and will revise the stonnwater management report to properly describe the <br /> revised scope of the work . <br /> 5 . Cross-Sections — ENGINEER will revise cross - sections which are provided <br /> every 100 feet of the project length to reflect the proposed design changes . Cut <br /> and fill calculations will be revised based on the new typical sections . <br /> 6 . Signing and Marking — ENGINEER will revise signing and marking plans <br /> based on the County Traffic Engineer ' s "mark-ups" to reflect the proposed <br /> roadway changes . The County Traffic Engineer, Chris Mora , will sign and seal <br /> all revised drawings , as necessary . <br /> 7 . Signalization —ENGINEER will revise the signalization plans based on the <br /> County Traffic Engineer ' s "mark-ups" to provide mast -arm signals in lieu of the <br /> previously designed span -wire signals at the 8 "i, 12 "'. and 16 °' Street/43 `d Avenue <br /> intersections . The COUNTY shall be responsible for obtaining easements or <br /> rights-of-way to accommodate the mast arm foundations . Mast ann foundations <br /> shall be located to avoid conflict with existing and/or proposed utilities and <br /> drainage features . The County Traffic Engineer, Chris Mora , will sign and seal <br /> all revised drawings , as necessary . <br /> 8 . Landscaping — ENGINEER will revise landscape construction drawings to <br /> reflect the proposed changes . <br /> 9 . Construction Phasing / Maintenance of Traffic Plans ENGINEER will <br /> remove the construction phasing plans from the construction drawings and will <br /> provide general notes to describe the general requirements for the contractor ' s <br /> maintenance of traffic operations . The contractor will be required to submit <br /> construction phasing / maintenance of traffic plans to the COUNTY for approval . <br /> 10 . Sedimentation and Erosion Control Plans ENGINEER will provide <br /> sedimentation and erosion control plans , as required for NPDES permitting by <br /> the contractor. <br /> if . Computation Notes ENGINEER provide computation notes for quantities of <br /> major elements of the construction ( e . g . asphalt , base , sod , turn -outs ) from station <br /> to station to assist the COUNTY in verifying the contractor ' s applications for <br /> payment during the construction of the project . <br /> 12 . Public Meeting ENGINEER will attend a public meeting, to be arranged by <br /> the COUNTY , to assist the COUNTY in answering questions related to the <br /> proposed revised roadway layout . <br /> 13 . Revise Miscellaneous Drawings In addition to the drawing revisions already <br /> mentioned , ENGINEER will revise the following miscellaneous drawings , as <br /> required : <br /> a . Cover Sheet <br /> b . Horizontal Survey Control and Overall Profile <br /> Pagc 2 of 4 <br />
