Indian River County, Amendment No . 1 <br /> 66`h Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway <br /> Widening <br /> Based upon the proposed limits and improvements described above the total project <br /> length is 15 , 840 linear feet or 3 . 0 miles . <br /> "SECTION III — SCOPE OF SEVICES " is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> Control Survey: <br /> Will consist of a Cover Sheet, one Key Sheet, and 6 Detail Sheets depicting existing right <br /> of way lines, monumentation, etc , in compliance with the attached "Exhibit B ", as <br /> provided by Indian River County. <br /> Right of Way Survey: <br /> Will consist of a Cover Sheet, one Key Sheet, and 7 Detail Sheets depicting existing right <br /> of way lines, and proposed right of way lines, etc, in compliance with the attached <br /> "Exhibit B", as provided by Indian River County. The Right of Way Survey will also <br /> include a Tabulation Sheet depicting Parcel Take information. <br /> Detail Sheets will depict existing planimetric features obtained via FDOT Electronic <br /> Field Book Practices . <br /> Key Sheets will be at a scale of 1 "= 300 ' and Detail Sheets will be at a scale of 1 " = 50 ' . <br /> The surveys will be delivered on mylar. <br /> It is assumed the County will provide Title Reports , in a timely manner, and other <br /> available survey control information in the possession of the County. Legal Descriptions <br /> and Sketches will be prepared for approximately 61 parcels at a per unit fee of $ 375 . <br /> Design Topographic Survey: <br /> From 77th Street to 1500 ' South of CR 510, and from Barber Street to 1500 ' North of CR <br /> 510 for development of Digital Terrain Model (DTM) . <br /> Drainage survey of structures within the corridor to include pipe size, type, and invert . <br /> The County will be responsible to insure that structures are clear of debris . No sub <br /> surface utilities are included, and no location of utility designating is included. <br /> Opinion of Probable Construction Cost (OPC) will be submitted with 30% , 60%, 90% <br /> and 100% plan submittals . <br /> " SECTION V — COMPENSATION" is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered <br /> pursuant to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following : <br /> A.
