The survey limits will extend a minimum of 25-feet outside of the right <br /> of way. <br /> Structural Engineering <br /> Structural plans are being�repared for the reconstruction of the existing bridge carrying <br /> 5d' Street SW over the 43 Avenue Canal . Revisions to the plans are required to include <br /> the u-turn bulb out, and to modify the curb returns as requested by the County. The bridge <br /> design will be based upon current AASHTO LRFD Standards and FDOT criteria, and <br /> will utilize similar components to the existing bridge. <br /> Traffic Signals <br /> A traffic signal has been designed for the four lane widening project. The traffic signal <br /> will be modified for the interim 3 -lane section. The location of the mast arm structures <br /> will be set so as to avoid a need for relocation of the foundations and columns during the <br /> 4-lane widening. A mast-arm signal configuration will be designed to meet current <br /> County and FDOT standards. A luminaire will be provided on each mast arm pole. <br /> Stormwater Drainage <br /> Drainage improvements will consist of a temporary swale system along 43 `d Avenue for <br /> water quality treatment and discharge volume control, as required by the St. Johns River <br /> Water Management District. <br /> ARCADIS will design a pipe and inlet drainage system for the project. Hydraulic <br /> calculations will be performed in order to size the drainage pipes. <br /> Permitting <br /> Permit application packages will be prepared and submitted to the following agencies : <br /> • SJRWMD — drainage permit <br /> • IRFWCD — drainage permit <br /> Plans <br /> The following plan sheets will be prepared: <br /> 1 .
