4. That a public hearing thereon has been held by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in the office of said Board in the Indian <br />River County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on March 5, 1957, at 10:00 o!clock A. M.; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board does herewith close, vacate and abandon <br />any public or private street, road, alleyway or other place used for travel and all portions <br />thereof and does herewith renounce and disclaim any right of Indian River County, Florida, and <br />the public in and to all land delineated as a street, road or highway as to that part of said <br />property above described. <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Robert <br />Graves, and unanimously carried, the following Letters of Agreement were authorized relating <br />to obtaining right of way deeds on State Road #5 or U.
