At any rate, I have told him today <br />that you have my permission to make any deal with him on these items in <br />this letter which the two of you can agree upon so long as the overall <br />cost to the County will not be increased. <br />Sincerely yours, <br />Sherman N. The County will move your house back off the right of way and set it up <br />and establish it in as good oondition as the same existed prior to moving. <br />2. The County will move all of your shrubs and trees that can be moved and <br />set them up and reestablish them. <br />3. In the course of moving the house, we will hook up your water supply <br />again, hook up the septic tank and electric power and do all things necessa ry <br />to make the house in as good and livable condition as it was prior to moving. <br />All of the above will be done prior to the time of taking possession of the <br />right of way and, in the meantime, you may continue in possession. <br />This agreement is approved by the Board of County Commissioners at its meeting <br />
