CDM will schedule and conduct a review meeting with IRC staff and address <br /> appropriate IRC review comments prior to bidding the project. <br /> Subtask 2.3 Final Contract Document Submittal : No Changes <br /> Subtask 2. 4 Probable Construction Cost: No Changes <br /> TASK 3 . 0 PERMITTING SERVICES (Amendment I Additional Services) <br /> This task provides for the preparation of necessary permit applications, meetings, and <br /> negotiation with regulatory agencies and preparation of responses to Requests for Additional <br /> Information (RAI) . <br /> CDM has prepared applications for permits with the FDEP and has answered one RAI. Permit- <br /> related work shall include furnishing required data, drawings, and other information requested <br /> and assisting IRC to obtain required permit approvals . CDM will submit permit applications to <br /> IRC for review and meet with IRC as required to discuss the review comments . CDM will revise <br /> the applications as required and submit to appropriate regulatory agencies for review and <br /> approval . The following permits could be impacted by increasing the plant flows : <br /> ■ Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) will require a permit to <br /> construct plant process and site improvements . CDM will submit a modification to the <br /> permit application under review to expand the plant to full build-out. <br /> ■ St. John's River Water Management District (SJRWMD) and IRC Engineering <br /> Department will require an Environmental Resources Permit (ERP) for modifications to <br /> the existing stormwater drainage system at the plant site. The existing permit is a <br /> Management and Storage of Surface Water (MSSW) permit that was issued in 1996 . The <br /> increase in impervious area will require substantial revisions to the stormwater swale <br /> and detention areas . <br /> ■ Modifications to IRC Is current Consumptive Use Permit (CUP) from SJRWMD for raw <br /> water supply will be required . All work pertaining to the preparation and submittal of <br /> said permit will be Performed By Others and is not included in this scope of services . <br /> ■ Concentrate disposal permitting is currently underway by others . Permitting services for <br /> concentrate disposal will require an amendment to this contract. <br /> TASK 4 . 0 BIDDING ASSISTANCE SERVICES <br /> CDM will negotiate a price with the current membrane supplier to avoid changing the pum in <br /> requirements and existing hydraulic conditions . CDM will include the existing Amendment <br /> g <br /> membranes with a clause for IRC to purchase additional membranes for the South County <br /> Water Treatment Plant at the same price . <br /> CDM will update IRC' s procurement documents to the latest EJCDC 2002 version. <br /> B-5 <br /> mh2080.doc <br />
