Attachment 1 <br />(Scope of Work) <br />Scope of Services <br />Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, L.L.C. will provide services including surveying, geotechnical <br />exploration, engineering design, hydraulic analysis/model of the Master Planned 12" Water Main <br />and future water main grid/network in Vero Lake Estates, preparation of Construction Plans, <br />preparation and submittal of permit applications, construction administration and periodic <br />construction field inspection for the proposed project that will provide for the construction of <br />approximately 25,590 if of 12" P.V.C. and H.D.P.E. Master Planned 12" Water Main and <br />approximately 1,335 If of 6" P.V.C. and H.D.P.E. Water Main, and associated appurtenances to <br />be located and constructed along the following route: <br />A 12" P.V.C. and H.D.P.E. Water Main is proposed as follows: <br />to prepare an <br />- Connection is made to a 20" D.I.P. water main at the <br />southeast corner of CR512 and <br />104" Ave. intersection. <br />- On 104"' Ave.; from CR512 south 1300 If to 93`d St. <br />The proposed changes will provide for the construction <br />- On 93`d St.; from 104"' Ave, east 320 If to 103`d Ct. <br />for <br />- On 103`d Ct.; from 93`d St., south 2735 if to 89"' St. <br />protection for areas within Vero Lake Estates located in the farthest western <br />- On 89t1i St.; from 103`d Ct., west 335 if to 104"' Ave. <br />of the existing <br />- On 104'h Ave.; from 89th St., south 6605 If to 791" St. <br />to be added at <br />- On 79"' St.; from 104th Ave, east 8650 if to 91" Ave. <br />St., from 104'' <br />- On 9151 Ave.; from 79th St., north 4335 If to 8511i PI. <br />a twelve (12) <br />- On 85'11 PI.; from 91st Ave., east 650 If to 90'11 Ave (CR510) <br />- Connection is made to a 16" D.I.P. water main at the <br />southwest corner of 85"' Pl. and <br />90"' Ave (CR510) intersection. <br />And a 6" P.V.C. and H.D.P.E. Water Main is proposed as follows: <br />- Connect to the proposed 12" P.V.C. Water Main at <br />104"' Ave. and 87`1' St., extend <br />west on 87t1i St., 665 If to 105"' Ave. <br />Connect to the proposed 12" P.V.C. Water Main at <br />104th Ave and 83`d St., extend <br />west on 83`d St., 670 if to 105th Ave <br />And a 12" P.V.C. and H.D.P.E. Water Main is proposed as follows: <br />- Connect to the proposed 12" P.V.C. Water Main at 104"' Ave and 79"' St., extend <br />west on 79"' St. 660 If to 105t1i Ave <br />See Exhibit "A" for location and Exhibit "B" for cost estimate. <br />The estimated construction cost of this project is $2,132,898.86. <br />Descrintion of Amendment <br />Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, L.L.C. has been directed <br />to prepare an <br />Amendment to the <br />Work Order, with changes generally described as follows: <br />The proposed changes will provide for the construction <br />of water mains <br />for <br />additional fire <br />protection for areas within Vero Lake Estates located in the farthest western <br />area <br />of the existing <br />residential development.
