Indian River County, Amendment No . 2 <br /> 58th Avenue and State Road 60 <br /> Intersection Improvements <br /> facilitate contemplated design and permitting activities associated with this <br /> project . This task will consist of the preparation of digital base map topographic <br /> surveys in accordance with the intent of the Florida Minimum Technical <br /> Standards set forth by the Florida Board of Professional Land Surveyors in <br /> Chapter 61 G17 - 6 , Florida Administrative Code, pursuant to Section 472 . 027 , <br /> Florida Statutes . <br /> 3 , The DESIGN LIMITS shall be extended on 58th Avenue from a point on <br /> 58th Avenue that is 1500 feet north of State Road 60 to a point 200 feet <br /> north of 26th Street . The DESIGN LIMITS will also include 26th Street <br /> 200 feet east and west of 58th Avenue. <br /> The COUNTY presently owns two parcels located along the west side of <br /> 58th Avenue between State Road 60 and 26th Street . Topographic and <br /> boundary surveys will be conducted on these parcels . <br /> The survey will include the location of above ground improvements and <br /> trees 6 " diameter and greater at breast height, lying within the right of way <br /> of 58th Avenue, State Road 60 and College Lane . Surface evidence of <br /> underground utilities will be located . Cross- section elevations will be <br /> obtained at 100 ' intervals and extend across the right of way and a <br /> minimum of 50 ' outside the right of way. In addition to topographic <br /> features lying within 50 ' of the existing right-of-way, existing building <br /> corners that are within 100 ' of the existing right-of-way will be <br /> documented. Drainage structures will be located and rim/invert elevations <br /> obtained . If a structure is inaccessible or the drainage pipes are recessed, <br /> an elevation on the bottom of the structure will determined. The parcels <br /> lying adjacent to the survey limits will be plotted on the digital base map <br /> by utilizing the Indian River County Property Appraiser ' s maps only and <br /> their location will not be verified by independent survey. <br /> B1 . Right-of-Way Survey <br /> The Right-of-Way SURVEY LIMITS shall begin at the south right of way line of <br /> College Lane and continue northerly on 58th Avenue to a point that is 100 ' north <br /> of 26th Street . That portion of 26th Street that lies within 200 ' of the centerline of <br /> 58th Avenue is also included in this limit . <br /> The scope of services consists of the preparation of a Special Purpose Survey <br /> delineating the right of way lines for that portion of 58th Avenue lying between <br /> College Lane and 26th Street. The Special Purpose Survey will be prepared in <br /> accordance with the County Right of Way Map Checklist (attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A") and Chapter 177 & Chapter 472 Florida Statutes and Chapter 61G17 <br /> (Florida Minimum Technical Standards) as set forth for these types of surveys . <br /> The Murphy Act Reservation lines as provided by Indian River County will be <br /> graphically depicted on the Right of Way Map . Coordination with Capital <br /> Projects and planning for any new or proposed right of way acquisitions will <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br />
