Amendment No. 2 to <br />43'd Avenue Roadway and Drainage improvements <br />Professional Engineering Services Agreement <br />2. The ENGINEER will conduct the workshop for 2 -hours, in the early evening <br />hours (e.g. 5pm-7pm), on a weekday, and will man the workshop with two <br />staff members that are familiar with the project plans and details. <br />3. The ENGINEER will collect comment cards from those members of the <br />public that are willing to provide comments. The ENGINEER'S staff will <br />also keep notes of the verbal comments that they hear. The ENGINEER will <br />consolidate both sources of comments and will provide a written report to the <br />COUNTY of the opinions expressed by those at the workshop. <br />SECTION IV - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />The time for completion of the presentation boards shall be four (4) weeks. The workshop <br />shall be scheduled at the COUNTY'S discretion, after completion of the presentation boards. <br />SECTION V - COMPENSATION <br />The <br />COUNTY agrees to pay and <br />the ENGINEER <br />agrees to accept for services rendered <br />pursuant to <br />this AMENDMENT, fees in <br />accordance with <br />the following: <br />Public Workshop <br />$9,597.75 <br />TOTAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ............................................. $9,597.75 <br />All tasks will be billed on a percentage complete/lump sum basis, plus direct expenses. <br />The total billing shall not exceed $9,597.75 plus expenses, unless otherwise authorized by a <br />separate written agreement. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
