o6 INDIAN RIVER COUNTY 66th Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway Widening AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement (AGREEMENT) dated February 22nd, 2005 between Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc . (ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This amendment addresses changes in "Section I - Project Limits and Description" , " Section III - Scope of Services" , " Section V - Compensation" and " Section XVI — Duration of Agreement" of the AGREEMENT . Amendment Description This Amendment includes the following : "SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION" is being modified to incorporate the following : Consultant services are required for the preparation of supplemental design survey, right- of-way maps, parcel sketches and legal descriptions, subsurface geotechnical investigations, roadway construction plans, bridge construction plans and permit applications associated with the proposed widening of County Road (CR) 510 and 66°i Avenue located in unincorporated Indian River County, Florida. The roadway improvements identified by the COUNTY consist of the following: County Road 510 Widening The COUNTY desires to improve CR 510 to a four lane divided urban roadway constructed. The right-of-way width is proposed to be 160 feet between 75th Court and 66th Avenue and 130 feet between 66`h Avenue and 6151 Drive. The improvement limits will be designed between 75th Court (approximately 1 . 2 mile west of 66th Avenue) to approximately 500 feet east of 61 " Drive (approximately 0 . 6 miles east of 66th Avenue). In conjunction with improvements to CR 510, the following improvements are proposed to the bisecting side streets : • 70` ' Avenue — Coordinate with proposed improvements to 70th Avenue conducted by others . Intersection improvement shall include mast-arm signalization components . • 64"' Avenue — Design three lane rural roadway section to accommodate northbound and southbound left tum lanes. Proposed three lane section will be designed utilizing a dedicated right turn deceleration lane north and south bound . Improvements to 64th Avenue will extend south to 83`d Street to accommodate drainage improvements associated with CR 510 . Intersection improvements shall include mast-arm signalization components .
