o6 <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> 66th Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway Widening <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement <br /> (AGREEMENT) dated February 22nd, 2005 between Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc . <br /> (ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This amendment addresses changes in <br /> "Section I - Project Limits and Description" , " Section III - Scope of Services" , " Section V - <br /> Compensation" and " Section XVI — Duration of Agreement" of the AGREEMENT . <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following : <br /> "SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION" is being modified to incorporate the <br /> following : <br /> Consultant services are required for the preparation of supplemental design survey, right- <br /> of-way maps, parcel sketches and legal descriptions, subsurface geotechnical <br /> investigations, roadway construction plans, bridge construction plans and permit <br /> applications associated with the proposed widening of County Road (CR) 510 and 66°i <br /> Avenue located in unincorporated Indian River County, Florida. The roadway <br /> improvements identified by the COUNTY consist of the following: <br /> County Road 510 Widening <br /> The COUNTY desires to improve CR 510 to a four lane divided urban roadway <br /> constructed. The right-of-way width is proposed to be 160 feet between 75th Court <br /> and 66th Avenue and 130 feet between 66`h Avenue and 6151 Drive. The improvement <br /> limits will be designed between 75th Court (approximately 1 . 2 mile west of 66th <br /> Avenue) to approximately 500 feet east of 61 " Drive (approximately 0 . 6 miles east of <br /> 66th Avenue). In conjunction with improvements to CR 510, the following <br /> improvements are proposed to the bisecting side streets : <br /> • 70` ' Avenue — Coordinate with proposed improvements to 70th Avenue <br /> conducted by others . Intersection improvement shall include mast-arm <br /> signalization components . <br /> • 64"' Avenue — Design three lane rural roadway section to accommodate <br /> northbound and southbound left tum lanes. Proposed three lane section will <br /> be designed utilizing a dedicated right turn deceleration lane north and south <br /> bound . Improvements to 64th Avenue will extend south to 83`d Street to <br /> accommodate drainage improvements associated with CR 510 . Intersection <br /> improvements shall include mast-arm signalization components . <br />
