Indian River County, Amendment No. 2 <br /> 66ih Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway <br /> Widening <br /> The Roadway plans will be submitted to the COUNTY for review at the 30%, <br /> 60%, 90% and 100% plan completion. <br /> The scope of this work will require coordination with adjacent on-going <br /> COUNTY projects at the east, west and south project termination points . Due to <br /> the construction phasing and/or schedule of various County roadway projects, <br /> roadway transitions may be required within the DESIGN LIMITS to tie to <br /> abutting roadway facilities. Coordination with adjacent consultants and roadway <br /> transitions located at the project terminus points (if necessary) will be conducted <br /> based upon an hourly not to exceed basis. <br /> E. Drainage Plans <br /> Based upon preliminary drainage evaluations, it is estimated that there are nine <br /> distinct major drainage basins that constitute 161 acres of contributing drainage <br /> area (not including any off-site contributing area) . As part of this scope, all <br /> drainage improvements to CR 510 and 66`h Avenue corridors are intended to <br /> reside within COUNTY owned property. <br /> These scope of services include designating and delineating wetland and/or other <br /> surface water within the selected corridor. It does not include development and/or <br /> design of mitigation plans necessary to address potential environmental impacts <br /> along the corridors, if necessary. Mitigation Plan assistance shall be submitted to <br /> the COUNTY under a supplemental Work Order, if so requested . <br /> G. Signalization Plans <br /> Signalization plans will be developed in conjunction with the roadway <br /> improvements at the following intersections : <br /> • 66`h Avenue/ 69`h Street <br /> • 701h Avenue/ CR 510 <br /> • 64`h Avenue/ CR 510 <br /> Mast-arm configurations will be designed to meet current COUNTY and FDOT <br /> standards. <br /> F. Landscaping <br /> The ENGINEER shall prepare landscape and irrigation plans for the CR 510 <br /> corridor upon an established construction budget set by the COUNTY . The <br /> improvements will include median and roadside landscape with trees and ground <br /> cover. The landscape improvements are to include the entire CR 510 corridor <br /> included in previous addendum. Plant selection will be coordinated with <br /> COUNTY staff. <br /> J.
