Indian River County, Amendment No. 2 <br /> 66ih Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway <br /> Widening <br /> B1 . Right-of-Way Survey <br /> Will consist of a Cover Sheet, one Key Sheet, and Detail Sheets depicting existing <br /> right of way lines, and proposed right of way lines, etc, in compliance with the <br /> attached "Exhibit B", as provided by Indian River County. The Right of Way <br /> Survey will also include a Tabulation Sheet depicting Parcel Take information. <br /> Detail Sheets will depict existing planimetric features obtained via FDOT <br /> Electronic Field Book Practices. <br /> Key Sheets will be at a scale of 1 "= 300 ' and Detail Sheets will be at a scale of 1 " <br /> = 50 ' . The surveys will be delivered on mylar. <br /> It is assumed the COUNTY will provide Title Reports, in a timely manner, and <br /> other available survey control information in the possession of the County. It is <br /> understood that the COUNTY will be providing the 30% Control Survey <br /> completed in association with the CR 510 PD&E Study. Legal Descriptions and <br /> Sketches will be prepared for approximately 102 parcels at a per unit fee of $375 <br /> D . Roadway Plans <br /> Roadway plans shall be prepared to include: plotting of survey data; <br /> establishment of profile grades ; key map ; plan and profile sheets (including <br /> geometric calculations); typical section sheets; summary of quantities; summary <br /> of drainage structures; cross-section sheets at 100' intervals (including earthwork <br /> computations); signing and pavement marking plans; and other detail sheets <br /> necessary to convey the intent of the scope of services outlined herein.
