Indian River County, Amendment No. 2 <br /> 66'" Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway <br /> Widening <br /> The ENGINEER shall provide design survey services necessary to support and <br /> facilitate contemplated design and permitting activities associated with this <br /> project. This task will consist of the preparation of digital base map topographic <br /> surveys in accordance with the intent of the Florida Minimum Technical <br /> Standards set forth by the Florida Board of Professional Land Surveyors in <br /> Chapter 61G17-6, Florida Administrative Code, pursuant to Section 472 . 027 , <br /> Florida Statutes . <br /> 3 . The DESIGN LIMITS shall be extended to include the following: <br /> County Road 510 Corridor <br /> • 250 linear feet north of CR 510 along 701h Avenue . <br /> • 800 and 1 ,500 linear feet north and south of CR 510, respectively <br /> along 64th Avenue. <br /> • 250 linear feet south of CR 510 along 63`a Court . <br /> • 450 linear feet north and south of CR 510 along 63"t Avenue. <br /> • 250 linear feet south of CR 510 along 62nd Avenue . <br /> • 250 linear feet north of CR 510 along 6151 Drive . <br /> 66th Avenue Corridor <br /> • 2 ,000 linear feet east and west of 66th Avenue along 6151 Street . <br /> • 2,000 linear feet east and west of 66th Avenue along 65th Street. <br /> • 2,000 linear feet east and west of 66`h Avenue along 69th Street. <br /> • 250 linear feet west of 66th Avenue along 73`a Street. <br /> • 250 linear feet east and west of 66th Avenue along 77th Street. <br /> Drainage survey of structures within the corridor to include pipe size, type, and <br /> invert . The COUNTY will be responsible to insure that structures are clear of <br /> debris. No sub surface utilities are included, and no location of utility designating <br /> is included in this scope of service. <br /> Based upon information provided by the County, meetings with Indian River <br /> Farms Water Control District and meetings with Sebastian River Water Control <br /> District; it is projected that there will be one 6 acre and nine 2 acre pond sites that <br /> will require topographic survey data. Eight of the 2 acre sites will be located next <br /> to the 66th Avenue Corridor and the remaining 2 sites are projected not to be <br /> located next to the 66th Avenue Corridor. Parcels designated to contain <br /> stormwater management facilities will be surveyed based upon an hourly not to <br /> exceed basis . <br /> Page 3 of 11 <br />
