The deliverables for this task will include two copies of the draft IWP application for review by the <br /> County. ETC will modify the draft application as appropriate in response to comments received <br /> from the County, after the County completes their review of the draft application. <br /> Task 3 . ERP Lost Tree Conceptual Design <br /> ETC will meet with Ms. Beth Powell to discuss the use of a portion of the Lost Tree Island tract <br /> owned by the County for mitigation of the Spoonbill Project. ETC will prepare a conceptual <br /> mitigation plan using a portion of the Lost Tree acreage. The plan , once approved by the County, <br /> will be presented to FDEP in Orlando . <br /> The deliverables for this task will include a description of the plan. <br /> Task 4. IWP/ERP Meetings <br /> ETC will meet with FDEP, the U. S . Army Corps of Engineers, the U. S . Fish & Wildlife Service, and <br /> the St. Johns Water Management District to discuss the four RAI letters received for the Spoonbill <br /> project. <br /> The deliverables for this task will include a letter summarizing the information discussed during <br /> these meetings . <br /> Task 5. ERP Lost Tree Plan (if necessary) <br /> If mitigation is required, then ETC will design the Lost Tree mitigation plan and will modify the <br /> ERP application to include this plan. <br /> One copy of the draft plan will be provided to the County for review . ETC will modify the plan as <br /> appropriate in response to comments received from the County, after the County completes their <br /> review of the draft plan. ETC will provide the County with one copy of the modified plan . <br /> Task 6. ERP RAI Response <br /> ETC will assist the County with preparation of a response letter addressing the issues in the request <br /> for additional information received from FDEP . <br /> One copy of the draft RAI response letter will be provided to the County for review . ETC will <br /> modify the draft response letter as appropriate relative to comments received from the County, after <br /> the County completes their review of the draft response letter.
