Joe Earman, Co -Chairman of the Red Cross Disaster Committee appeared before
<br />the Board and requested that Aubrey Waddell be appointed on the Disaster Committee as an
<br />Advisor. He further stated that he had talked with Mr. Waddell and that he would agree to
<br />the appointment. Upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Mad-
<br />donald and unanimously carried, Mr. Waddell was appointed on the Red Cross Disaster Committee
<br />as Advisor.
