INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> 66`h Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway Widening <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement <br /> (AGREEMENT) dated February 22"d, 2005 between Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc . <br /> (ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY). This amendment addresses changes in <br /> " Section III - Scope of Services" , " Section V - Compensation" and " Section XVI — Duration of <br /> Agreement" of the AGREEMENT. <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following: <br /> "SECTION III — SCOPE OF SERVICES " is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> E. Drainage Plans <br /> Based upon meetings with Sebastian River Water Control District (SRWCD), <br /> Canal R- 13 will need to be extended approximately 1 ,700 linear feet from <br /> theoretical 681h Avenue to 6011 Avenue (approx . 1 ,350 linear feet) to receive <br /> stormwater discharges from off-site contributing areas (approx . 500 acres) located <br /> along CR 510 east of 66th Avenue and from the proposed stormwater management <br /> facility located along 66th Avenue between 8151 Street and CR 510. <br /> SRWCD Canal R- 13 will be evaluated to determine stage and flow characteristics <br /> associated with the 10-year, 25 -year and 100-year design storms. A hydrologic <br /> and hydraulic evaluation will be required to quantify the impact to SRWCD Canal <br /> R- 13 associated with the additional stormwater runoff being directed to the <br /> District canal. <br /> F. Landscaping <br /> The ENGINEER shall prepare landscape and irrigation plans for the 66`h Avenue <br /> corridor beginning approximately 1 ,400 linear feet south of 61st Street continuing <br /> to the northern project terminus (Barber Street) . The improvements will include <br /> median and roadside landscape with trees and ground cover. Plant selection will <br /> be coordinated with COUNTY staff. <br /> J. Design Survey <br /> Additional topographic survey data is necessary to support the 66th Avenue <br /> roadway alignment desired by the COUNTY beginning from a point <br /> approximately 1 ,500 linear feet south of 77`h Street extending north to <br />
