Indian River County, Amendment No. 3 <br /> 66'h Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway <br /> Widening <br /> approximately Barber Street to accommodate roadway alignments not being equal <br /> about the centerline . <br /> The additional topographic data is required at the following locations : <br /> Location Number 1 — Beginning 1 ,600 feet south of 77th Street to 77`h <br /> Street along the east side of 66th Avenue, average width is 75 feet. <br /> Location Number 2 — Beginning at 77th Street to 900 feet south of 81st <br /> Street along the west side of 661h Avenue, average width is 100 feet. <br /> Location Number 3 — Beginning 900 feet south of 815` Street to 450 feet north <br /> of 81 " Street along the east side of 66th Avenue, average width is 80 feet. <br /> Location Number 4 — Beginning at CR 510 to City of Sebastian City Limits <br /> along the west side of 66th Avenue, average width is 100 feet <br /> Location Number 5 — Beginning 600 feet south of the City of Sebastian City <br /> Limits to 450 feet south of Barber Street along the east side of 66th <br /> Avenue, average width is 75 feet. <br /> Location Number 6 — Beginning at 66th Avenue continuing east along 81st <br /> Street for a distance of 1 ,900 feet, average width is 120 feet. <br /> Design survey data utilized in conjunction with the SRWCD Canal R- 13 <br /> improvements will be supplemented from survey data prepared by Liberty Park <br /> PUD . The COUNTY has requested an hourly not to exceed task to aid in <br /> delineation of proposed improvements when negotiating with property owners <br /> located along the improvement limits . <br /> This data will be collected and integrated into the existing topographic data in <br /> support of construction document development. Drainage structure survey within <br /> the corridor to include pipe size, type, and invert . The COUNTY will be <br /> responsible to insure that structures are clear of debris . No sub surface utilities are <br /> included, and no location of utility designating is included in this scope of service. <br /> Subsurface Utility Locates <br /> Localized subsurface utility locates are needed to identify horizontal and vertical <br /> locations associated with existing utilities at specific locations to identify and <br /> avoid potential utility conflicts associated with design element improvements . <br /> " SECTION V — COMPENSATION" is being modified to incorporate the following: <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered <br /> pursuant to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following : <br /> A.
