� av7 �! , <br /> AMENDMENT NUMBER 4 TO WORK ORDER NUMBER 1 <br /> This Amendment Number 4 to Work Order Number 1 ("Amendment') is entered into as <br /> of this 9I"L*day of2007 ("Effective Date") pursuant to that certain Continuing <br /> Contract Agreement to Professional Services dated entered into as of <br /> (,(jj,,c ,Cz4 � h Z`3 ("Agreement') , by and between Indian River County, a political <br /> subdi iston of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") AND Ecotech Consultants , Inc . <br /> ("CONSULTANT") . <br /> 1 . The COUNTY has selected the Consultant to perform the professional services set <br /> forth in Work Order Number 1 dated November 16. 2004 . <br /> 2 . The COUNTY and the Consultant desire to amend Work Order Number I as set forth <br /> in Exhibit 1 attached to this Amendment and made a part hereof by this reference, all in <br /> accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement . <br /> 3 . From and after the Effective Date of this Amendment, Work Order Number 1 is <br /> amended as set forth in this Amendment .
