1 <br />0 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />40 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board will make all medical and financial records <br />supporting direct expenditures from the "Indian River County Indigent Hospitalization Fund" <br />available for review by the State Board of Health, and this Board will submit quarterly to the <br />State Board of Health a certification identifying hospitalized cases and the payments for <br />the case of each made from the "Indian River County Indigent Hospitalization Fund", together <br />with a quarterly statement of expenditures certifying that all such payments were made in <br />accordance with the provisions of Chapter 29957, supra, and on the basis of such requisition <br />ij <br />this Board will request the State Board of Health to authorize direct payments to the Indian <br />River County Board of County Commissioners from Indian River County's share of the State <br />appropriation for this program, less any changes that may have been paid to hospitals outside <br />of Indian River County by the State Board of Health for necessary emergency treatment of in- <br />digent Indian River County residents; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all payments received from the State of Florida through <br />this program shall augment the "Indian River County Indigent Hospitalization Fund", and shall <br />be expended in addition to County funds herein,'appropriated in accordance with County Annual <br />Budget Statute, Section 129.06 (2)(d), Florida Statutes; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this Resolution be submitted to <br />the Indian River County Medical Society, the Indian River County Health Department and the <br />State Board of Health, and to the Indian River Memorial Hospital. <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br />The following resolution was introduced by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Robert Graves and unanimously adopted. <br />R E 6 0 L U T I 0 N --- Platting <br />WHEREAS, this Board has heretofore pursuant to law established regulations pertain- <br />ing to the platting and subdividing of lands in Indian River County, Florida; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />that in addition to those regulations heretofore established, the following regulations are <br />herewith established and added to those presently existing, which shall in each instance be <br />,1 <br />complied with before approval by this Board of any plat of lands in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />1. All swale ditches on both sides of all roadways shall be upon completion of the <br />finished grading seeded, sprigged or sodded from the area within one foot of the roadway con- <br />structed for travelway outward to the top of the swale ditch on the outside. <br />2. Each subdivision shall dedicate one lot for park area or one acre for each 100 <br />acres contained in the subdivision, whichever shall be greater. Any and all driveways leading <br />from the travel portion of any roadways shall be paved or surfaced conforming to the drainage <br />swale profile or drainage pipe of sufficient size shall be placed underneath each driveway in <br />the drainage swale of adequate size to permit proper drainage. The minimum size of drainage <br />pipe in roadside swale shall be eight inches. <br />
