<br />The Board then considered the County Budget and budget estimates as prepared by
<br />the Board at its meeting of July 22, 1957, and as duly advertised as provided by law in the
<br />Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in this County and
<br />published in the issue of said newspaper July 25, 1957. Thereupon Commissioner W. C. Graves, d
<br />Jr., introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption, to -wit:
<br />R E S O L U T I O N
<br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor, after tentatively ascertaining the proposed fiscal
<br />policies of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County for the ensuing fiscal
<br />year, did prepare and present to the Board a tentative budget for the ensuing fiscal year
<br />for each of the funds as provided by law for the annual budget of the Board of County Comm-
<br />issioners of Indian River County, Florida, including all estimated receipts, taxes to be
<br />levied and balances expected to be brought forth and all estimated expenditures, reserves
<br />and balances to be carried over at the end of the year; and,
<br />WHEREAS, THE Board of County Commissioners did receive and examine said tentative
<br />budget for each fund and did require such changes to be made ad the 'Board did deem necessary
<br />and the Auditor's estimate of receipts other than taxes and of balances to be brought forward
