<br />N� Metal - Four bids received and all were identical and it was decided to buy from the two
<br />local firms, namely: Hackney & Warren and King's Ideal Supply. Upon Motion made by Comm-
<br />issioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, the
<br />amended minutes of July 8th were approved.
<br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner W. C.
<br />Graves, Jr., and unanimously carried, minutes of special meeting of July 12th were approved
<br />as read.
<br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald
<br />and carried, minutes of special meeting of July 27th were approved as read.
<br />The Board then convened as an Equalization Board, as provided by law.
<br />The County Tax Assessor filed with the Clerk to the Board, and there was presented
<br />the Board at this meeting, the applications for the tax exemptions set out in the following
<br />Resolution, together with original notice of disapproval of said applications with entry of
<br />service upon the respective applicants, and same were duly reviewed by the Board together
<br />with evidence presented to the Tax Assessor upon which the respective applicants based their
<br />claims for exemption, and the Board having heard all applicants appearing in person or by
<br />agent. Thereupon Commissioner Robert Graves introduced the following Resolution and moved
<br />its adoption, to -wit:
