Pursuant to the foregoing Notice the County Attorney took each item up separately <br />and asked for comments on same. <br />Item 1. Art Jones appeared before the Board and asked several questions which were <br />answered to his satisfaction. Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr; <br />and carried this item was approved. <br />Item 2. There being no comments and upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., <br />seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and carried, this item was approved. <br />Item 3. Several citizens were heard on this item and upon Motion made by Commissioner <br />W. C. <br />Graves, Jr., <br />seconded by Commissioner Robert <br />Graves and carried <br />this <br />item <br />was approved <br />with the exception of excluding <br />therefrom Tracts 1, <br />29 3 and <br />4 in the Nk of Section 29 and excluding Tract 16 of Section 20 and also exclud- <br />ing therefrom the West 20 acres of Tract 4, Sec. 28, and Tract 13 of Section 21. <br />Item 4. There being no comments and upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., <br />seconded by Robert Graves and carried this item was approved. <br />Item 5. Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner <br />Robert Graves and carried, this item was approved. <br />Item 6. Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner <br />Robert Graves and carried, this item was approved. <br />Item 7. Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, IJr., seconded by Commissioner <br />Robert Graves and carried, this item was approved. <br />Item 8. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner W. C. <br />Graves and carried, this item was approved. <br />David P. Sawyer appeared before the Board requesting a change in the zoning on Road <br />60 bstween range line road and ranch road. After some discussion in the matter and upon <br />Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by W. C. Graves, Jr., and carried, the <br />Board shall ask that the zoning commission be requested to study the request of Mr. David P. <br />Upon.Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commiwwioner W. C. <br />Jr., and unanimously carried, the Board requested that a copy of all County Commissioner <br />minutes be sent to the members of the Zoning Board and copy of all Zoning Commission minutes <br />to be sent to the Member of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />Mr. Paul Goodrich and Mr. M. L. Medlin representing the Indian River Memorial Hosp <br />appeared before the loard with reference to the Notice summarizing a budget tentatively <br />by the Board of County Commissioners for the fiscal year 1957-58. They requested that Item <br />#917 in the General Revenue Fund be increased from $8,450.00 to $15,000.00. After considerab <br />discussion in the matter and upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by <br />Commissioner Robert Graves and unanimously carried, the Board increased Item #917 in the <br />General Revenue Fund to $15,000.00. <br />Sawyer to <br />limit <br />the R-3 <br />Transient zoning along Road 60 between Range Line Road, and Ranch <br />Road to a <br />depth <br />of only <br />330 feet along said Road 60. <br />Upon.Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commiwwioner W. C. <br />Jr., and unanimously carried, the Board requested that a copy of all County Commissioner <br />minutes be sent to the members of the Zoning Board and copy of all Zoning Commission minutes <br />to be sent to the Member of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />Mr. Paul Goodrich and Mr. M.
