<br />Commissioner Robert Graves said that Mrs. Rosemary Richey was to attend a Super-
<br />visor's of Registration Convention to be held August 15, 16 and 17th in Orlando and that she
<br />was requesting expense money. Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded
<br />by Commissioner Robert W. Graves and carried, the Board authorized expenses for this conven-
<br />tion not to exceed $50.00.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida
<br />that this Board does herewith find and determine as follows:
<br />1. That Frank H. Giles and Harriet L. Giles, his wife, filed a Petition before this 'll
<br />Board on the 2nd day of July, 1957, at a meeting of said Board, requesting this Board to adopt
<br />a Resolution closing, vacating and abandoning the road or street and renouncing and relinquish-
<br />ing the rights of Indian River County, Florida, or the public in and to all that part of a
<br />street, road and highway on, along and over a parcel of land located in Indian River County,
