A Borrow Site Sediment Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Plan, as required by <br /> Rule 62B41 .008( 1 )(k}4.b . , F.A.C. and Specific Condition No.7 8 ; <br /> 10(c) . A detailed Physical Monitoring Plan, as described in Specific Condition No. 4415 <br /> (accepted)(Physical Monitoring section), indicating the project's predicted design life, <br /> 10(d). A detailed Biological Monitoring Plan, as described in Specific Conditions No. 4316 <br /> & X13 (Biological Monitoring section), — <br /> 10(e). A Monitoring Plan for In-water Sea Turtle Distribution and Abundance as <br /> described in Specific Condition No. 4-213 .k., shall be included as a component of the <br /> Monitoring Plan described in 910.d. <br /> 10(f). Two hard conies and an electronic copy, of detailed final construction Plans and <br /> 0 WEE cations for all authorized activities including a vessel operations plan shall be <br /> Provided. These documents shall be signed and sealed by the design engineer who must be <br /> reutstered in the State of Florida, and shall bear the certifications specified in Rule 62B <br /> 41 .007(4), F.A.C. The plans and specifications shall include a description of the beach <br /> construction methods to be utilized and drawing and gmLe3Ls which show all biological <br /> resources and work spaces (e.g. nsaaripline corridors Staging areas boat access <br /> corridors, etc.) to be used for this project The Department may request additional <br /> information that may be necessary to understand and evaluate the proposal <br /> 10(fg). Biological monitoring qualifications. The names and qualifications of those <br /> individuals performing the biological monitoring shall be submitted for Department <br /> approval. All biological monitoring required by this permit shall be conducted by <br /> individuals having a good working knowledge of marine fish, marine turtles, algae, coral, <br /> and sponge taxonomy. <br /> 13(h). A lighting survey shall be conducted from the restored berm immediately following <br /> completion of construction. <br /> A report summarizing all lights visible, using standard survey techniques for such surveys, <br /> shall be submitted to FWC within fifteen ( 15) days followin completion of the surveyby <br /> d documenting all compliance and enforcement action. An Aadditional <br /> follOMW lightingsurveys shall be conducted once durins the eKly nesting season (July) and <br /> the results reported within fifteen ( 15) dans of completion of <br /> the followup survey '"' -e��. <br />
