<br />Pursuant to the foregoing Notice requesting bids for the purchase from the County
<br />hof the following described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />That part lying East of a line 40 feet East of and parallel to the
<br />centerline of State Road 605 of the following described property:
<br />Beginning at a point 210 feet East of the Northwest corner of
<br />the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of. Sec. 24,
<br />Twp 33 S, Rge 39 East, run East 258 feet; South 210 feet;'
<br />West 258 feet, North 210 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />the following sealed bids were received:
<br />Mr. Goree Blanton - bid of $300.00
<br />Mr. Arnold 0. Helseth - bid of $201.00
<br />Mrs. Olaf Helseth - bid of $150.00.
<br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner Mac-
<br />donald and unanimously carried, the Board accepted the bid from Mr. Goree Blanton in the sum
<br />i
<br />of $300.00 and that the County convey the land by proper deed to Mr. Blanton.
<br />Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County Attorney told the Board that an Agreement had been
<br />received from the Shoupe Voting Machine Corporation for the lease or purchase of 30 Shoupe
<br />Voting Machines and that he had reWitten said agreement in accordance with the bid previously
<br />f
<br />submitted. After the reading of said Agreement and upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C.
<br />Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried,.the Board accepted
<br />said agreement and same was signed by Chairman Hamilton.

<br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner Robert
<br />Graves and unanimously carried, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted:
